As single moms, we spend so much time organizing everything around us—our homes, our reseller closets, the kids’ schedules, even our shipping stations. But how often do we slow down and organize what’s going on inside?
Today, I went to the pool to relax. I walked around the lazy river, floated for a while, and just let my thoughts settle. It reminded me how much I needed to clear the mental clutter—those swirling to-dos, worries, and thoughts that keep me up at night.
🧠 Mental Clutter Needs Decluttering Too
Clearing your mind doesn’t mean doing more. It means making space for what truly matters. Whether it’s floating in peace, journaling your thoughts, or simply taking deep breaths—those moments of calm are powerful.
🛁 Self-Care is Not Selfish—It’s Stewardship
Self-care isn’t about being fancy. It's about being faithful to the mission God gave you—and you can’t pour from an empty cup. Rest is a holy act. And rest looks different for each of us. For me, today, it looked like sunshine and silence beside still water.
🕯️ Reconnect with Your Creator
When the world gets loud, God speaks in stillness. Take some time to quiet your mind and remember:
"Be still, and know that I am God." — Psalm 46:10
Stillness isn’t laziness—it’s surrender. That’s where your strength is renewed.
💖 You Are More Than What You Do
You’re more than a mom, a reseller, or a businesswoman. You’re a child of God. Don’t forget who you are. Don’t forget who made you and the mission He planted in your heart.
So today, take a walk, take a float, take a moment to breathe.
You’re doing better than you think.
With love and grace,
Kerri Anderson ❤️
